PRIVACY POLICY -
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personally identifiable information that is collected will be used for the sole purpose of shipping and billing our products. Personally identifiable information includes name, phone number, address, credit card information, and e-mail address. We will never disclose personal information to any other individuals or companies for any reason.
SHIPPING POLICY -
- Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. Eastern
Time will ship the same day. Telephone Traders does not ship
internationally.
- Telephone Traders provides free overnight shipping for replacement
products during the first warranty year. (Please see our Exchange Policy)
EXCHANGE POLICY -
- Open-box items may be exchanged during the warranty period.
- Telephone Traders will ship replacement product upon receipt of
product. If desired, replacement product may be shipped prior to receipt of
product, by charging Customer’s credit card for the amount of replacement
product, and refunding/crediting Customer’s credit card when Telephone Traders receives the returned product.
- Telephone Traders provides free overnight shipping for replacement
products during the first warranty year.
- Customer is responsible for freight costs when returning product.
RETURN POLICY -
- Certain products may be returned within 15 days from date of invoice for
refund of the purchase price. Product must be clean and undamaged, with no
usage marks of any kind. If product was shipped to Customer double-boxed, it
must be returned double-boxed.
- Original manufacturer’s packaging, both inside and outside must be used. Please do not write on the box. Returns must be complete with all
manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, etc., just as the Customer
received them.
- Customer has 15 days from date of invoice to request a return.
- Customer is responsible for freight costs when returning product.
- Product will be returned to Customer if found in poor condition.
